Joseph M. Martuscello
- President & Partner
Mr. Martuscello brings more than 45 years of insurance experience to our brokerage house. He joined the firm in 1976 as president and partner to lead the company's growth. Under his direction, we have expanded beyond being a local insurance brokerage and have developed a national and overseas presence. Mr. Martuscello has been instrumental in directing our technology initiatives and ensures that the company embraces the latest advances in policy management and customer service. In 1998, Mr. Maruscello launched the American Marine Underwriters Agency to better serve the specialized needs of our commercial marine clients.

Thomas Hansson

Thomas Hansson comes from a tradition of insurance and marine specialists. Mr. Hansson's roots in our company date back to his grandfather, a founding partner of the agency. Today, Mr. Hansson applies his 25 years as a licensed broker to servicing clients and is relied upon for his expertise in surety, account management, and premium accounting. Mr. Cappolla is a licensed Insurance Professional of Property, Casualty, Accident & Health Insurance Broker with 27 years of experience solely at Serres, Visone & Rice, Inc. Mr. Cappolla handles and places all lines of Commercial Insurance and specializes in construction, restaurant, and real estate risk; as well as an extensive claims handling background. Mr.Cappolla is a graduate of Fordham University’s Business School.
